Why it works
18 categories — and every one gets the same calendar, instant booking and map search.
Neighbors
- All listings have a place, person and reviews
- Search near home, work, or along your route
- Book a time that works — their place or yours
- Pay your way: In-app, Zelle, Venmo or Cash
Providers
- Accept the fee terms (listing is free)
- Quick identity check — you're a real person
- Connect a payout account
- Build the listing: photos, price, place or route
Neighborhoods
- Real boundaries you draw yourself
- Members-only board; admin approves access
- Admins promote, remove, and invite
- Group rates: Lower price for the whole block
Built lean.
The value stays with you.
Neighbors pay nothing to use it. Providers pay 5 % of a completed booking, never more than $20 a month, nothing in a month they don't earn — and the first three months are fee-free.
